The Cure releasing live versions of of two new songs on eco vinyl

The Cure announced that two live tracks recorded during the French leg of the band’s 2022 Shows of a Lost World tour will be released as a limited edition double A-side 12″ single on transparent black eco-friendly vinyl for charity, with all net profits donated to Brian Eno’s climate change charity EarthPercent.

5000 INDIVIDUALLY NUMBERED COPIES OF ‘NOVEMBRE – LIVE IN FRANCE 2022’ (INC 100 SIGNED) WILL BE RELEASED ON 1ST OCTOBER 2024 AND WILL FEATURE LIVE RECORDINGS OF ‘AND NOTHING IS FOREVER’ AND ‘I CAN NEVER SAY GOODBYE’ PRE-ORDER FROM TOMORROW AT 2PM (BST) AND FIND OUT MORE AT THECURE.COM”

The band will issue the two-song live 12″ single Novembre: Live in France 2022 on Oct. 1, marking their first official release of new music in 16 years. 5,000 individually numbered copies of Novembre – Live In France 2022 will be released, featuring live recordings of “And Nothing Is Forever” And “I Can Never Say Goodbye.”

The tracks have been expertly mastered for optimum sound on eco-vinyl, and the sound quality of these records is exceptional. The records are made from P.E.T. – the World’s most recyclable non-toxic plastic – on a revolutionary new low carbon injection molding machine.

Eno said in a press release: “I’d like to thank The Cure and NAKED Record Club — both true innovators — for their generous support of vital climate projects through the release of The Cure – Novembre: Live In France 2022.
